I consulted Dr Tulsi for my brother who had extremely high fever of 105 at one point. What started as a guess on Covid then viral was finally diagnosed as Dengue. She does not ask you unnecessary tests unlike few doctors in Pune who asks to do multiple tests on very same day even for cold.
